At its heart, my work has always been about listening to people to understand what matters deeply to them and to step into new possibilities together.

I began my career on WPP’s global Fellowship programme, a three-year immersion into the creative communications industry, across advertising, insights and  branding. My role as a strategist took me to New York, São Paulo and Shanghai, working with clients including Jaguar Land Rover, Coca Cola, Intercontinental Hotel Group and the Oprah Winfrey Network. 

I was about to move to San Francisco to start a new role in the company, when life changed as I knew it. My beloved force-of-nature mother was diagnosed with a brain tumour. I had the sacred privilege of being alongside her through her final weeks of life.

With grief as my guide, I set out on a journey without knowing where it might lead me. I walked 500 miles across Spain on the Camino de Santiago. I travelled across India, the land of my maternal ancestors, where I wrote, practiced Vipassana meditation and co-hosted the Times of India LitFest with authors I had long admired. I returned home with a sense that another path was shyly but surely calling.

I am now an Integral Development Coach, having certified through the Professional Coaching Course with Thirdspace and accredited at PCC level by the ICF. I have coached a diverse range of wonderful people from business leaders and start-up founders, to artists and activists, across Europe, the US and Asia.

I have deepened my training with The Circle Way, Action Learning and completed the Radical Relating Fellowship with Ije Ude. I am also a Self Belief Coach, having trained with Sas Petherick and I have studied the rich body of work that is Internal Family Systems.

Since 2017 I co-facilitated Reclaiming Agency, a 6-month leadership programme for people in the communications industry seeking to bring about a regenerative future. Alumni of the programme went on to create Purpose Disruptors. Most recently I have been an Associate with New Citizenship Project, leading strategy and innovation for organisations including The Body Shop, Moorfields Eye Hospital and the RSPB.

I live in South East London where I find joy in gathering people over simple seasonal food and reading poetry among the trees.
